Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes, also cut the zucchini and aubergine into cubes. Cut the onions into cubes and fry them in a saucepan with the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika powder and Vegeta. Pour in water and stir in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
Then add the potatoes and rice and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the aubergines and zucchini, then the tomatoes and everything to taste. Let simmer for another 30 minutes.
