Instructions

1. Combine the coffee beans, vanilla sugar, rum, and red wine in a large jar or container.
2. Cover and let steep at room temperature for 5 to 6 days.
3. Stir daily during the steeping period.
4. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and bottle the liqueur.
