Soak the raisins in the rum for about 1-2 hours (or overnight). You can of course also use ready-made rum raisins.
Make a kneading dough out of the dough ingredients and roll out half of the dough on the bottom of a springform pan lined with baking paper. Place a strip of dough as a border. Then prick the dough with a fork so that it doesn`t get blistered.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 10-15 minutes until light yellow.
Meanwhile, peel and cut the apples for the filling. Steam with butter, sugar and cinnamon (it`s quick and easy in the microwave). Add the rum raisins and spread everything on the pre-baked base.
Roll out the rest of the dough and place it as a covering or add some more flour to the dough and then sprinkle over it as a crumble.
Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20-25 minutes to the end.
After cooling, make a topping of powdered sugar, rum and possibly hot water and brush the cake with it.
