Cut the meat into cubes. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Peel the potatoes and also cut them into cubes. Cut the carrots into thin slices.
Let the oil get hot. Then fry the cubes of bacon in the hot oil and then add the meat and fry vigorously. Fry the onions as well.
Then add the beans with the savory and sauté briefly. Then add the diced potatoes and the sliced carrots, season with salt and pepper and pour the meat stock on top. Let everything simmer until the ingredients are cooked through.
