Fry the minced meat in a little oil in a saucepan. Add the onions and stir briefly. Then add both cans of tomatoes and the tomato paste and bring to the boil briefly. Add paprika, corn and mushrooms and then stir in the processed cheese.
From now on just heat it up and don`t let it boil anymore. Season to taste with stock powder, pepper and Italian herbs.
