Instructions

  1. Cut the onions, smoked tofu, potatoes and carrots into cubes. Fry the onions and smoked tofu in a saucepan in olive oil and then add the potatoes and carrots. When everything has turned a little color, fry a lot of tomato paste, add the stock and deglaze everything with water. Add the lentils and let everything simmer for about an hour. Finally, season everything again with broth, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and parsley.
