Cook the pasta in lightly salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. Drain, rinse briefly in cold water, drain well and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Prepare the vegetables. Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the spring onions into rings and the bell peppers into thin strips or cubes. Also cut the Parma ham into fine strips. Drain and dice the mozzarella. Put the vegetables and pasta in a large bowl and mix.
For the sauce, mix Miracel Whip and pesto and season with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice.
