Prepare the jam with the sour cherries and the preserving sugar according to the instructions on the packet. Fill into small glasses. The Mon Cheri melts in the still hot jam and gives off the taste. Close the glasses, turn them upside down for a few minutes.
I always cook the jam in the Thermomix. I chop the fruit in it on level 8. I usually don`t like Mon Cheri, but this jam is great.
