• 200 ml alcohol, 96.6% vol., E.g. prima fuel
• 800 ml cherry juice 100%, fresh

Instructions

1. Mix both ingredients together in a 1 liter bottle and put in the refrigerator overnight. The finished liqueur has approx. 20% alcohol by volume and contains no other sugar apart from the natural sugar in the fruit juice. The taste is strongly reminiscent of Mon Chéri, hence the name.
