Warm milk and chocolate but do not boil. Dissolve the butter in it. Fold in the egg yolks. Line a casserole with ladyfingers and drizzle with water. Cover with the chocolate mixture and refrigerate.
Before serving, whip the cream and spread over the mixture. The amount of cream is variable, depending on your preference. The mass should be well covered with cream.
