Instructions

  1. Cut the fillet in half. Cut the meat into thin strips along the grain. Rub the clove of garlic in a mortar with the salt to a pulp. Put both in a bowl. Then add the olive oil, lemon juice and the remaining spices. Mix everything into a marinade. Add the meat strips and leave to marinate covered for approx. 2 hours. Then place the strips in a zigzag pattern on kebab skewers. Grill on the grill or in the pan for about 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
