Cook the quinoa according to package directions in boiling salted water.
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut the flesh into slices or cubes.
Finely chop sun-dried tomatoes, cocktail cut into quarters. Combine all the tomatoes with the quinoa, season with oil, salt, and pepper, arrange in bowls, top with the avocado, add a little more salt and pepper, sprinkle with seeds, and serve.
