Instructions

  1. Put the garlic, paprika, caraway seeds, salt, cayenne pepper, oil, lemon juice and coriander in a large bowl and mix well. Put the fish in the marinade, cover well with the marinade and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes, but preferably 2 hours. Or chill overnight. Let the grill get hot.
  2. Pull the fish pieces alternately with the pepper on wooden or metal sticks. Grill the brochettes under the hot grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon quarters.
  3. Grilled zucchini slices and red pepper pieces go well with it.
