Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the eggs. Cut the Gouda slice into 4 strips.
  2. Place 2 slices of mortadella on top of each other and top with a strip of mayonnaise. Place a strip of Gouda next to it. Press 2 egg quarters side by side onto the mayonnaise. Shape the whole thing into a roll, arrange decoratively and enjoy.
  3. My mortadella (Mondo Italiano, Netto) is sugar-free and therefore has no KH. 8 slices weigh 150 g. When buying, make sure that it is Italian mortadalla, which is usually sugar-free.
  4. Makes 4 rolls that fill you up well.
