• 1 point double cream cheese, lactose-free
• 1 point sheep`s cheese, lactose-free
• 2 tablespoon, heaped Ajvar, n.a. spicy or mild
• 1 garlic clove (s) or garlic granules

Instructions

1. Put the double cream cheese in a tall mug. Press the sheep`s cheese into small pieces with a fork and add to the cream cheese. Press the fresh garlic through the press, add to the cream cheese with the ajvar and puree everything.
2. I also serve fresh ciabatta or flatbread.
