Ingredients

• 1 small onion (s)
• 2 tablespoon oil, sunflower
• 2 tablespoon oil, walnut
• 3 tablespoon sugar
• 1 squirt Maggi
• 1 dash lemon juice
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Finely chop the onion and mix well with all the other ingredients.
2. Season with salt, pepper and lemon and spread over the salad just before serving.
