Instructions

  1. Chop up the leftover Christmas cookies in the blender. Add the yogurt. Soak and dissolve the gelatine according to the instructions. Mix 3 tablespoons of the yoghurt cookie mixture with the gelatine. Fold this mixture into the rest of the cookie yoghurt mixture. Fold in the whipped cream. Perfume with rum as desired and sweeten with powdered sugar.
  2. Chill for an hour.
