Drain the mozzarella balls very well, for at least 5 minutes.
In the meantime, cut a lid off the cocktail tomatoes. At the same time the stalk is removed and very carefully pitted a little with the end of a spoon.
Put some crema di balsamic vinegar into the hollowed out tomatoes. Place a mozzarella ball on each tomato and press lightly. Carefully put the basil leaves on a skewer and place the stuffed tomato on top.
If you want, you can sprinkle some pepper on the mozzarella.
