Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix together all the dry products and then knead with the oil and water and let rise for an hour.
  2. After rising, knead the dough and add flour until it no longer sticks.
  3. Roughly cut the tomatoes for the sauce. They don`t have to be too small, this will give the sauce a nicer texture. Put the tomatoes in a saucepan and let them cook. Dice the onion and add. Press in the clove of garlic. Chop oregano and add. Season to taste with pepper and salt and let simmer until you like the consistency.
  4. Roll out the dough into pizzas and fry in a pan over medium heat and let rise slightly. Place the pre-baked flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush generously with sauce. Crumble a mozzarella on top and then top with the sliced mushrooms.
  5. Place in the oven preheated to 230 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
  6. Cover with fresh basil leaves before serving.
  7. Tip: Also makes an excellent starter. Just take a third of the dough per pizza and you have a great bite in front of you.
