Instructions

  1. Chop the spring onions and the clove of garlic, grate the mozzarella and mix everything with the oil, salt and pepper. Halve the potatoes, place in a flat baking dish with the cut surface facing up and spread the mozzarella mixture on top.
  2. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serve with the peppers cut into rings.
