Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook whole, then drain. Drain the mozzarella and cut into 12 thin slices.
  2. Put the potatoes in a pan with a little oil and fry all over, then place a slice of mozzarella on each potato, season with salt, pepper and paprika, cover and let the mozzarella melt briefly.
