Instructions

  1. Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, water and the spices into a dressing. Peel the papayas, remove the seeds and add 2 tablespoons of them to the dressing. Cut the pulp into cubes.
  2. Clean the peppers, cut into small corners and add both to the dressing with mozzarella and basil leaves and serve. Whole grain bread or toasted black bread tastes best with it.
