Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs and whisk. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, as well as the mozzarella. Pluck the basil leaves and wash (dry on paper towels).
  2. Heat the oil in the pan. Now put everything together in the pan and fry until the egg sets and the mozzarella pulls strings.
  3. Serve immediately. Tastes absolutely delicious with fresh baguette!
