Wash both salads, the strawberries and the tomatoes. Halve the strawberries and tomatoes. Cut the onion into fine rings and the mozzarella balls into small pieces.
To serve, drape the two salads on two large plates and spread the tomatoes along the edge. Then distribute the mozzarella, strawberries, onion rings and pine nuts in the middle.
For the balsamic dressing, put about 100 ml of sunflower oil in a small bowl. One after the other, add a dash of balsamic vinegar, mustard, a pinch of salt, about 2 pinches of pepper and a splash of water and mix. Then pour the dressing over both salads.
