I wanted to introduce you to my favorite mozzarella salad that will make my mouth water just think about it:
I cut the washed tomatoes into slices and place them along the edge of the plate on a medium-sized plate. I sprinkle the tomato slices with pepper and salt, preferably some herb salt. You can also add a few small onion cubes. I cut the two mozzarella into approx. 1 cm cubes and put them in a small bowl, then put the pesto on top, it doesn`t have to be Genovese, another one is sure too. Then I stir carefully until all the cubes have turned a nice green color and then I put them in the middle of the plates with the tomato rim.
