- Wash and dry the tomatoes and cut off a lid from each tomato, hollow out the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Finely dice the mozzarella. Mix together the oil, vinegar and the whey and season with salt and pepper, add the basil leaves.
- Put the mozzarella cubes in the marinade and let it steep for at least an hour.
- Pour the mixture into the hollowed out tomatoes and serve garnished with basil leaves.
