Instructions

  1. Cut the mozzarella and mango into slices (approx. 5 mm thick) and layer them alternately in a bowl. Place the onion rings loosely on top, amount to taste.
  2. Wash the chili peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and chop very finely. You can also use dried chilli (depending on how hot you like it). Mix the chopped chillies with the orange juice, the oil, a little salt and pepper in a blender. Is just as possible with a whisk, but then it won`t be as creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the mozzarella and mango, sprinkle with some chives, serve immediately.
