Instructions

1. Doesn`t it get boring to offer the obligatory mozzarella and tomato slices variation at every buffet?
2. Here THE alternative:
3. Use the melon ball cutter (or whatever the device is called!) To form small balls out of the melon.
4. Arrange these on a nice platter with the sliced mozzarella.
5. The mozzarella balls that can now be found everywhere are also very nice.
6. On top then a little olive oil, the spring onion cut into rings and the pink berries. Finished!
