Halve the tomatoes and cut into small slices. Arrange overlapping on a deep plate (soup plate). Salt and pepper a little. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread over the top. Sprinkle with fresh basil - depending on your taste: more or less - and place in the microwave for 3 minutes at 750 watts. When the cheese has melted, enjoy with a baguette or wholemeal bread roll and a glass of dry white wine! I eat it at least once a week!
