Instructions

  1. Combine oatmeal, chopped banana, drained pineapple, sultanas, flaked almonds, and desiccated coconut in a bowl.
  2. Add soy yogurt, soy drink, a drizzle of syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon.
  3. Mix all ingredients well until combined.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours) until the oatmeal has softened.
  5. Alternatively, for a less mushy texture, prepare the muesli in the morning and eat immediately without refrigerating.
