Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
For the cookies, mix the margarine and sugar in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Sift in the flour and baking powder and stir in together with the flaxseed, cinnamon and salt. Whisk the soy milk and vanilla flavor in a bowl and add to the batter together with the raisins, the finely chopped dates, and the finely chopped walnuts and oat flakes. Mix everything well.
