Cut the dried fruit into small cubes, cover with water in a bowl and leave to stand in the refrigerator overnight. Then strain the fruits the next morning, but catch the soaking water. Mix the fruits and flakes and distribute on 4 cereal bowls.
Cut the banana into slices and place in a mixing beaker with the lemon juice, low-fat quark, buttermilk, honey and 4 tablespoons of the collected water and puree finely. Pour the mixture over the muesli.
Instead of buttermilk, kefir, low-fat curd milk or low-fat yogurt can also be used.
