Cut the apricots and plums into small cubes (this works very well and especially quickly with clean kitchen scissors) and mix them first with the wheat germ. This prevents the cubes from sticking together later in the muesli mixture. Then mix in all the other ingredients.
Keep the finished muesli mixture tightly closed, dark and dry.
Weigh 50 g of the muesli mixture per Porotion and enjoy with fruit, yoghurt or quark, buttermilk, milk or soy drink, as desired.
The muesli mix is rich in fiber and polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is also a good source of vitamins A, E, K, B1, biotin, B6, folic acid and the minerals magnesium, iron and zinc.
