Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and oat flakes with some of the milk and leave to soak for about 1 hour.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk. Put the remaining ingredients and the swollen dough in a kneading bowl. Mix and knead everything well. Cover and let rise to double height for approx. 40 minutes.
  3. Shape small rolls, place on a baking sheet and let rise again for approx. 20 minutes.
  4. Prick a little with a fork and brush lightly with water.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 25 minutes.
  6. Tip: You can also freeze these rolls and then thaw them for breakfast.
