Peel the apples, quarter them and cut into wedges. Halve the grapes and remove the seeds. Briefly defrost the currants, possibly taking them out of the freezer the evening before and placing them in the refrigerator. Mix the oatmeal and grains and mix with the fruit. Stir the yogurt until creamy and pour over it.
Add a quarter liter of bread drink for each. If you don`t like it, leave it out, although it is extremely healthy.
