Instructions

  1. Roast the oatmeal and coconut flakes in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring every 1-2 minutes.
  2. Roughly chop the banana and blend with the plant milk using a blender or hand blender for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is creamy and foamy.
  3. Cut the apple into small cubes and dust with cinnamon.
  4. In a bowl, combine the roasted oats, coconut flakes, and apple cubes, then pour the banana foam over the top.
