Instructions

  1. Roast the oat and coconut flakes in a non-stick pan for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Roughly chop the banana and mix with the milk in a blender or hand blender until creamy.
  3. Cut the apple into small cubes and dust with cinnamon. Add the flakes and pour the banana foam over everything.
