Instructions

  1. Mix 3 tablespoons oatmeal, 1 tablespoon oatmeal, 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, 1 tablespoon raisins, and 1 teaspoon sesame seeds in a bowl.
  2. Pour 1 cup yogurt over the mixture.
  3. Cut the passion fruit in half. Use a teaspoon to scrape out the pulp and seeds and place on top of the yogurt.
