Instructions

1. Stone and halve the cherries. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add eggs and butter and stir well. Then stir in the cherries and marzipan.
2. Spread the dough in muffin cases (for me it will be around 14-16). And bake at top / bottom heat 180 ° C, hot air 160 ° C or gas setting 2-3 for about 30-35 minutes. Let muffins cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
3. Tip: Possibly use a little cinnamon or a vanilla pod instead of the vanilla sugar.
