Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  2. For the cinnamon sugar, mix both in a bowl and set aside.
  3. For the muffins, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Melt the butter briefly in the microwave. Now mix the eggs with the milk and the butter, add the flour mixture and stir everything in until you have a smooth dough. Now put a tablespoon of the batter into each muffin pan, over it a teaspoon of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Again from the dough and then complete the whole thing with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
  4. I then take a wooden skewer and turn it in a circle in each muffin so that the whole thing looks marbled.
  5. Now put the muffins in the preheated oven and bake them for 18-20 minutes until they are golden in color. Let cool in the mold for 10 minutes, be careful as the cinnamon sugar is very hot. Remove and place on a wire rack, the muffins taste good both warm and chilled.
