Instructions

  1. The berries should just be ripe, but not too soft. Remove the stalks, sort the fruit, wash and drain.
  2. Add 1/4 l of water to 1 kg of mulberries and cook on a low fire until the berries are cooked. Add sugar and lime juice and cook while stirring until a drop of the jam sticks to a cold saucer. Pour hot into glasses.
