Instructions

  1. Wash the dark mulberries (fresh or frozen) for 1–2 minutes until clean.
  2. Place the cleaned berries in a bowl.
  3. Add 250 ml cream and 500 ml buttermilk to the bowl.
  4. Stir gently until combined, about 1 minute.
  5. Add sugar or sweetener to taste and stir to combine.
