Mix the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks together until frothy. Add cinnamon, cocoa and chocolate, then the mulled wine. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture. Finally fold in the stiff egg white. Fill into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes at 175 degrees.
Mix a glaze from powdered sugar with a little mulled wine and coat the cooled muffins with it.
