- Put the mulled wine spices in a tea bag or a closable tea strainer.
- Put the mulled wine, the orange juice, the spice and the sugar in a saucepan, stir well and let it steep overnight.
- Then bring everything to the boil while stirring and cook for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the package.
- At the end of the cooking time, remove the spice and pour the jelly into well-cleaned glasses while boiling hot and close.
