Instructions

  1. For the base, stir the eggs and sugar until frothy. Mix the pudding powder and the bakery and stir in alternately with the oil. Spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, bake and then allow to cool.
  2. 20 min at 180 °
  3. For covering:
  4. Spread the tangerines on the cooled cake and pour the icing on top. Let it become solid. Whip the cream with the whipped cream and spread on the mandarins.
  5. For the cast:
  6. Mix the multivitamin juice with the vanilla sauce powder and spread over the cream. Refrigerate
  7. I use a rectangular baking frame to finish the cake. So I don`t have the cake topping and later the other topping next to, but on top of the cake. The second cast thickens in the cold!
  8. My guests love this cake! It actually belongs to the standard and is requested again and again.
