Instructions

  1. Mix the custard powder with a little multivitamin juice. Bring the rest of the juice with the scraped out vanilla pulp and the pod to the boil and sweeten as desired (also depends on the sweetness of the juice).
  2. Add a good dash of white rum, remove the pod and stir in the mixed pudding powder. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, until the juice noticeably thickens.
  3. Pour the pudding into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle the surface with a little sugar and put on cling film so that no skin can form when it cools. Let cool down and chill.
  4. Whip the chilled pudding well with a whisk. Season again to see if it is sweet enough. If necessary, add a little more sugar to the cream. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the pudding.
  5. Pour the finished cream into portion bowls and chill again. All exotic fruits, such as pineapple, mango, papaya, kiwi, lychee, carambola, etc., taste very good.
  6. Tip: Instead of multi-juice, take a pure juice, e.g. mango, pineapple or passion fruit. Layer the cream with biscuit and fruits as a tiramisu.
