Instructions

  1. Mix a bag of vanilla custard powder with 3 heaped tablespoons of sugar (40g). Gradually stir in at least 6 tablespoons of 1/2 l cold milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, remove it from the hob and stir in the mixed powder. Cook the pudding for at least 1 minute while stirring.
  2. The same process is repeated with the second bag of pudding powder, except that the pudding is prepared with multivitamin juice instead of milk.
  3. When the puddings have cooled a little, they are alternately poured into a bowl or into dessert glasses, a layer of custard and a layer of fruit pudding. Then put the dessert in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
