Toast the toasts and let them cool. Then brush with ketchup and top with the sausage.
Cut the cheese into 1 to 2 cm thick strips and place them on the toast, slightly offset. Leave a slightly larger gap at the top for the eyes. Cut the olives into thin rings and place two rings in the gap left.
