Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, drain and set aside. Cut the salami into small pieces and fry them in a little oil in a pan until crispy.
  2. Put a layer of spaghetti in a baking dish that is not too shallow, spread half of the salami and half of the cheese on top, another layer of spaghetti on top, the rest of the salami and cheese on top, then another layer of spaghetti.
  3. Whisk the cream or milk with the egg, a little ketchup, salt and pepper and pour evenly over the casserole.
  4. Sprinkle everything thinly with some breadcrumbs / breadcrumbs and sprinkle a few flakes of butter on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 20 - 30 minutes until the surface is crispy. If you don`t have a convection oven, you can finally put the casserole on the top rail under the grill.
  6. Serve with tomato sauce.
