Briefly fry the diced onion with the crushed garlic in the oil in a high pan. Add the minced meat and fry vigorously so that small crumbs are formed. Wash the sprouts and add to the fried minced meat. Add some water and the soy sauce. Steam again briefly so that the sprouts do not become too soft. Then season with Chinese spices, salt and pepper to taste.
Tip: Serve quickly and add white bread (except for food combining).
P.S. If you want it low in calories, take tartare (less) and more sprouts.
