Instructions

  1. Skin the sausage and cut into slices. Slice the onion into rings and mix with the vinegar essence, 300 ml water, salt and a pinch of sugar in a bowl. Fold in the sausage and 4 tablespoons of neutral oil, season with salt and pepper.
  2. If you like, you can fold in a few sliced pickles or sprinkle chives on the salad.
  3. There is also fresh farmer`s bread or pretzels.
